Gurney Paragon >> Penang on 6

Mum had company annual dinner on that day
N Im her stylist of the day! Hahaha *trembling hands
Luckily the end result came out to be quite ok ;)

So the 3 lone ranger (dad, bro n I) enjoyed a night out w/o her ;)
We went to Edo Ramen at Gurney Paragon which he had been craving for so long!
Im so hungry that I only managed to take this picture of the Char Siew
If not mistaken, it is call the "Abore Char Siew" or something like that
To me it looks like pork belly more than char siew

According to them, this shop is newly opened.
I can see that it has gained its popularity along the days!
So many people are queueing outside the shop waiting for seats, and the crowd keeps on coming in
As an overall, I can say that I was quite satisfied with the food and everything
(I ordered Ultimate Miso Ramen)
But just to say that they can add in more variety to their menu choices.

Cravings satisfied.
Now its time to go look around as its been so long since the last time i've been here
It has a grocer store called Sam's and it is really similar to Ben's at Publika, KL
One thing that caught my attention is the "Penang on 6" place.
The theme is "Old Penang", featuring Penang at its old times
Which I was not born yet at that time haha
It has buildings like old coffee shop, electrical shop and so on
This place is a good spot to reminiscence the past, and let the young generation to know what Penang looks like before they came to this world.
There are few shop tenants selling some antique stuffs, clothes and accessories.
In fact, I saw this thing which makes me think of my good old times.
This thing is called "hopscotch", which at my times (and of course my mum's time) the kids love playing this during free time.
Its like our childhood memory! Awww....
Unlike children nowadays, their childhood games are like Angry Bird, Candy Crush and so on,
which are all on electronic gadgets! Sad.

hopscotch *Childhood*

Some kind of massage in the old days.

Crowd. Shoplots selling clothing & accessories.

This is how coffee shop looks like in the old days. *Kopitiam*

Too bad i missed out another part of this.
Next time i will sure pay my second visit and take more photos!
Oh ya, fyi, it is free of charge to visit this beautiful place.
To all Penangites, you must not miss this place! <3
